1. Delivery: On successful payment, a download link for the e-book is generated instantly and is also sent to the registered email address.
2. Personal Use Only: The digital copy is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the file is strictly prohibited.
3. No Refunds After Download: Because the file is delivered instantly and can be copied, all digital book sales are final once the download link has been accessed. Refunds are only considered in case of a duplicate charge or a corrupted/incorrect file, reported within 48 hours.
4. Download Limit: Download links may be limited in the number of times they can be used and may expire after a set period. Contact support if you need the link resent.
5. Copyright: All digital books remain the intellectual property of the respective author/publisher and are protected under applicable copyright law.
